What's in it? Healthy snacks delivered to your home or office

BreakCate is a Canadian subscription that sends healthy and wholesome snacks to your home or office. Each box contains at least 5 large bags of snacks. Each bag contains between 3 and 5 servings. All snacks on the menu are GMO-free and nutritionist approved. There are organic and gluten-free choices available as well. There are dozens of snack choices available with new snacks added every month.

BreakCrate ships on the 15th of each month. You are able to login to your account and change your snack selections up to the 14th.  BreakCrate has a huge snack menu. There's flavoured nuts, chocolate options, pretzels, veggie and fruit chips, crackers, cookies, popcorn, fruit & fig bars, nut and trail mixes, and loads of dried fruit options.  The variety is pretty impressive!

This is my March snack selection.

First look!

Honey Mustard Pretzel Chunks (135 grams, 5 servings)
These were very tasty. Salty and slightly sweet with a nice crunch.

Parmesan Garlic Half Popped Corn (113g, 5.5 servings)
I'm a fan of these. Popcorn flavoured with garlic and Parmesan. So delicious!

Cilantro Lime Pistachios & Pepitas (80g, 3 servings)
These pistachios and pepitas are seasoned with lime, cilantro, jalapeno, and spices. They aren't very spicy but the lime gives them a nice kick.

Guacamole Bites (135 grams, 5 servings)
These are guacamole flavoured corn chips. They're flavoured with spinach, salt, onion, and garlic powder. I was surprised by how good they are!

Fruit Chips (113g, 4 servings)
This pack contains dried banana, honeydew, coconut, pineapple, star fruit, cassava, and apple. The honeydew was strange. Dehydrating it seemed to take away all the flavour, but it was very sweet.

My March BreakCrate included five snack mixes, totalling over half a pound of snacks. There's more than 20 servings of snacks here, which is enough to get me through a month of work days. Most of the servings are 28 grams, which is only 1 ounce, so they aren't very big. The snacks are so tasty, you really have to watch to make sure you don't over do it! I highly recommend the Honey Mustard Pretzels and Parmesan Garlic Half Poppped Corn.
