Our June yoga posture is "Gomukhasana" or Cow Pose. It stretches the hips, thighs, ankles, chest, shoulder, anterior deltoids, triceps, inner armpits and lats.

From the looks of the product card, we have six items this month!

First look!

Organic Protein Plant Based Nutritional Shake (2 Packets & Recipe Book, $5)
These are 100% plant-based protein shake packs. I've been on the hunt for a good plant-based protein shake as whey-based ones are not agreeing with me lately. I'm looking forward to trying out these French Vanilla packs.

Gaiam Ultimate Foot Massager ($6.98)
This foot massager from Gaiam is perfect for those suffering from plantar fasciitis, but it also doubles as a hand, arm, and leg massager. It's the perfect size for on-the-go use. For Canadians interested in trying this, it's available from Well.ca.

Pink Lotus Health & Fitness Yoga Mat Cleaner ($15)
This spray is made with essential oils that are naturally antibacterial and antiviral. Spray on and wipe clean. Use it on your mat or to freshen up surfaces in your home. I may use it as a household cleaner.

Gypsy Soul Organics Elements Aromatherapy Spray in Son Rain ($20)
Son Rain brings the peaceful calming effect of a good rain. It's made with lush green layers of cedar leaf & violet, blended with deep notes of patchouli, eucalyptus, citronella, lemon & galbanum essential oils.

Bear's Beauty Sun Hat Mineral SPF Powder ($16)
This is a really interesting product. It's a powder SPF made with non-nano Zinc Oxide, Mica Silica, Iron Oxides, and Arrowroot Powder. Mix 1 part powder into 2 parts of your favourite cream or serum to turn an everyday product into one with SPF.

The Suburban Monk in Triumphant Teal ($20)
This little guy is named Syd. His mission is to spread love and joy wherever he goes. Place Syd in a special spot and welcome the positive living. Each colour represents something different so you can collect them all. You can also follow Syd on his travels around the world with the hashtag #WWIS. I just might start taking Syd travelling with me. He doubles as a ring holder.
Teal represents both the sky and the sea. It is associated with open spaces, freedom, intuition, imagination, expansiveness, inspiration and sensitivity. Teal also represents depth, trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, stability, heaven and intelligence. Teal is associated with the 5th chakra and helps us to speak our truth.

The June BuddhiBox included six items, valued over $83 US. It's a great value this month and I am very happy with the products. I like when we receive fitness items in BuddhiBox and the Gaiam ball counts for that. There's a lot of useful products here and I can't wait to put them to use.
